Home Page

  1. Click on the left hand side menu links to navigate to appropriate page
  2. Click on individual Upcoming event to view the event details
  3. To Sign-In to the system
    • Enter User Name / Barcode Id and Password
    • If you are an Admin or Super Admin and would like to enter into the system as Admin, select Login as Admin checkbox. [Note : If selected, it will allow you to collect Donation and Search entire list of User]
    • Press Go button
    • If User Name / Barcode Id and Password are correct, it will display User Home page
    • If User Name / Barcode Id and Password are not correct, it will prompt you to enter correct User Name / Barcode Id and Password
  4. Click on Sign up link to register yourself into the site as a Devotee. It will display personal profile page to register yourself by entering your personal details
  5. If you are not a registered user of this site and you want to get notified on all the temple events then enter your email id in Get notified on all the events text box and click on Join Email List button

Forgot Password

  1. Click on Forgot Password link from Home page / Login page
  2. Enter User Name / Barcode Id
  3. Press Mail Password button
  4. If User Name / Barcode Id is correct, it will send the password through email to the user's personal email provided during registration and will display a confirmation message
  5. If the email id is not available, you have to contact the Temple administrator to get the password
  6. If User Name / Barcode Id is not correct, it will display a message to enter correct User Name / Barcode Id
  7. Press Clear button to clear the User Name / Barcode Id

Devotee Registration

  1. Click on New User? Sign Up! link on the home page
  2. It will take you to the Personal Profile details
  3. Enter the User name, password and other user related information. User name should be unique
  4. First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Country, Zip Code, Home Phone and Personal Email are mandatory fields. You have to give all these information to complete the registration
  5. Select Receive Email check box , to receive emails from Temple
  6. Click on Click here to read Privacy Policy link to read Privacy Policy details in a new popup window
  7. Click on Clear button, to clear the details entered
  8. Press Save button to complete the Registration
  9. If the username already exists in the system, it will ask you to enter the new user name
  10. Press Save button to complete the Registration
  11. After the successful completion, it will prompt you with the following message Do you want to print the Barcode? If you click on Ok, it will open a new window with the barcode, which is been assigned to you. If you click on Cancel, you will be taken to the Spouse & kids details page
  12. A Welcome email will be sent to the newly registered user to his / her personal Email Id
  13. You can sign into the system by using the given user name and password

Spouse & Kids Details:

  1. Once you have completed the personal profile details, you will be redirected to this screen. Or
  2. You can enter into this screen, by clicking on User Profile from left menu under My Links and then clicking on Spouse & Kids' link from the screen
  3. If you are an administrator, you can select the user to enter or update their Spouse & Kids' details
  4. By default, Spouse Profile details will be displayed
  5. There are no mandatory fields in this page, but if you enter the Spouse first name you have to provide the last name and vice versa
  6. Click on Save button, to save the details
  7. Click on Clear button to clear the entries made
  8. By clicking on Children Profile option button, you will be taken to the Children Profile details
  9. It will display the children details
  10. You can enter the Kids' details one by one
  11. First name and Last name of the kids are mandatory fields
  12. Click on Save on the particular row of kids' details, will save the kids' details
  13. Click on Edit link, to update the details of the particular kid on the selected row
  14. After updating the details, click on Update link to save the changes. Clicking on Cancel link will clear the changes
  15. Click on Delete link, to delete the kid on the selected row

Company Profile:

  1. You will be redirected to this screen automatically after the completion of Spouse & Kids' profile. Or
  2. You can enter into this screen, by clicking on User Profile link from the left-side menu under My Links and then clicking on Company link from the displayed screen
  3. If you are an administrator, you can select the user at first to enter his Company details
  4. It will display the list of companies with Company Name, City, State and Zip Code details
  5. If you want to see the company full details (Company Name, Address, City, State, Country, Zip Code, Fax, Phone Number and Notes), click on the Company Name link
  6. Company details will be displayed in Company Details pop up window
  7. This is only view page; you cannot change the details in this page
  8. Click on Close button, to close pop up window
  9. You can select multiple companies, which you own or work for by selecting the check boxes against each compnay name
  10. Click on Associate button to save the selected company details
  11. If your company details are not listed, you can add your company details by clicking on Add New Company button
  12. On clicking Add New Company, Company Details pop up window is displayed
  13. In Company Details popup window Company Name, Address, City, State, Country, Zip Code are mandatory fields
  14. Click on Associate button in popup window, to associate the company to the user
  15. If the company name already exists, it will prompt you with the message like "The Company you entered already exists! Please enter different Company Name"
  16. Once the company is associated with the user, the pop up window is closed. In main page company list you can see the Company Name with selected status
  17. Click on Clear button, to clear the entries in popup window
  18. Click on Close button, to close the popup window

View Committee Details

  1. Click on Committee link under Main link section of left hand side menu
  2. It displays the list of Committees with the Expand(+) button
  3. Clicking on Committtee Expand(+) button, it will display the list of Designations under that Committee with Expand(+) button
  4. Clicking on Designation Expand(+) button, it will display the list of Members with the details Member Name, Phone # and Email under that Designation
  5. Click on Designation Collapse(-) button to close Designation
  6. Click on Committee Collapse(-) button to close Committee
  7. If there is no Committee / Designation, "There are no Committee & Designation detail" message will be displayed

Programs & News

  1. Click on Programs & News link under Main link on the left hand side menu
  2. It displays Programs & News in Calendar format. By default current month Programs & News are displayed.
  3. Click on '<' or '>' buttons in Calendar header to view previous or next month Programs & News
  4. Programs & News that falls on a Calendar day are displayed in a Calendar day box with links
  5. Click on Program / Event / News / Announcement name link, it displays the Program / Event / News / Announcement details that are scheduled on that date in pop up
  6. Clicking on Date link displays all the Programs / Events / News / Announcements details for that date in pop up

Religious Services:

  1. Click on Religious Services link under Main link on the left hand side menu
  2. It will display list of religious services i.e. Pooja Name, Pooja Fee & Pooja Location details

Donations / Payments

  1. Click on Donations / Payments link under Main Link section from the menu
  2. If you are not a registered user or not logged in, it will redirect you to Login Page. You should be a registered user to access this feature. Click on Sign Up link to register if you have not signed up earlier
  3. If you are Super Admin / Admin, it displays Donations / Payments page with two option Registered Users and Walk-In Devotee and Registered Users option selected
    • When the Registered Users option is selected, it lists all users and Advanced Search options
    • You can search the users based on the following criteria, First name, Last name, Member type, Telephone #, Company name, Barcode and Status
    • Select a User from the table to pay donation on behalf of that user
    • Using Walk-In Devotee option you can pay on behalf of the devotee who is not registered
    • Select Walk-In Devotee option, enter First Name and Last Name and click on Pay for Archana button, it navigates to Shopping Cart page
    • Select Walk-In Devotee option, enter First Name and Last Name and click on Donations / Payments button, to select Temple services
  4. It will display the list of Temple Services with the Expand (+) button.
  5. Clicking on (+) Expand button, it will display the list of services under the service type
  6. Clicking on (-) Collapse button, it will close the service type.
  7. Select the services for which you want to pay donation or Select the Pooja's that you want to perform
  8. Some of the services will not have an option to select, as those poojas requires priest scheduling. To avail those poojas, user has to request via Priest Request link
  9. Click on Category Item name link, it displays Item details in popup
  10. Clicking on temple service link will display the details of the service in a pop-up
  11. A maximum of only 10 services can only be selected at a time
  12. Clicking on Add to Cart button, will redirect to shopping cart with the details of selected services
  13. Clicking on Cancel button clears all the selected check boxes

Shopping Cart

  1. This screen will display all the items, which are selected at Donations / Payments screen
  2. You can change the Quantity for the items
  3. You can change the Amount for the temple services and the amount cannot be changed for Pooja services
  4. On clicking Re Calculate you will get the current total for the available items
  5. On clicking Pay Now, will display Payment Mode screen
  6. On selecting Continue Shopping will navigate to the Donations / Payments screen where you can select more items to shopping cart
  7. On selecting Delete Selected Items, selected check box items will be deleted from the shopping cart
  8. On selecting Cancel Shopping currently shopping cart items will be canceled so that you can select new items or abandon the operation

Payment Mode

  1. You can enter this screen by clicking Pay Now button in Shopping Cart. Or
  2. You can enter this screen by clicking OK on the confirmation message while clicking on Save button in Membership Details screen
  3. If you enter from Shopping Cart, you need to Select The Payment Type and Pay OnBehalf of
  4. If you enter from Membership Details screen, you need to Select The Payment Type only
  5. If you are Super Admin / Admin Select The Payment Type will have 5 options
    • Credit Card
    • Debit Card
    • Check
    • Cash
    • Credit Card / Debit Card Manual
    • In-Kind Donation
  6. For the others Select The Payment Type will have only 2 options
    • Credit Card
    • Debit Card
  7. Pay OnBehalf of will have 2 options
    • Self
    • Company
  8. Select the Payment Type through which you are going to pay
  9. If you want to Pay on behalf of User, select Self option for Pay OnBehalf of
  10. If you want to Pay on behalf of Company, select Company option and Select a Company from the available list
  11. If the Payment Mode selected is Credit Card / Debit Card then Payment Details will be listed filled with Amount ($). Enter Notes. Then on clicking Pay Now button it will redirect to you to creditcard Payment Gateway site site to make the online payment
    • Supply the Credit Card / Debit Card details in the Your Pay site and click on Submit to confirm the payment
    • After successful payment you will be re-directed to Thank You Page with Your Pay Referrence Number
    • If the Transaction failed, you will have an Retry option. On clicking Retry, you will be redirected to creditcard Payment Gateway site
  12. If the Payment Mode selected is Cash then Payment Details will be listed filled with Amount ($). Enter Notes
  13. If the Payment Mode selected is Check or Credit Card / Debit Card Manual, Payment Details will be listed filled with Name, Address and Amount ($)
    • Date is set to Current Date
    • Enter Check Number / CC Approval #, Bank Name and Notes
    • If the Payment Mode is Credit Card / Debit Card Manual then Bank Name will not be listed
  14. If the Payment Mode selected is In-Kind Donation then Payment Details will be listed filled with Amount ($). Enter Notes
  15. Click on Pay Now button to complete the payment process you will be re-directed to Thank You Page
  16. Clicking on Cancel button cancels the payment process
  17. If the payment is for donation you can click on Print Receipt button in Thank You page to get the hard copy of the receipt for the donation made. An Email on the donation made will be sent to your personal email id given during registration
  18. Clicking on Ok button will take you back to the page from which you entered Payment Process

Forms & Guidelines

  1. Click on Forms & Guidelines link under Main Link
  2. Forms & Guidelines details like Form Name, Description and File (link to the file associated with the Form / Guideline name) are displayed
  3. Click on View File it opens the associated file in new window

  1. Click on Community Services link under Main Link
  2. You can view bulleted list of Community Services perfomed by the Temple

Youth & Edu Activities

  1. Click on Youth & Edu Activities link under Main Link
  2. Youth & Edu Activities conducted by the Temple are listed. Details like Program Name, Instructor, Days of program conducting, starting time of the program and contact Phone #
  3. Click on Program Name link to view the detials of Youth & Educational Activity

Publication

  1. Click on Publication link under Main Link
  2. List of Publications published by the Temple are displayed
  3. Publication Name is hyperlinked if it has Newsletters. Click on Publication Name to view Newsletters and their detials of the Publication
  4. Click on View Latest Newsletter link to view latest Newsletter of the Publication

Other Temples

  1. Click on Other Temples link under Main Link
  2. Other Hindu Temples, their Address and Website URL are displayed
  3. Click on temple Website URL, will redirect to temple Website

Local Business-Main Link

  1. All users have rights to view Local Business
  2. Select the Business Category from dropdown
  3. All the company names which is in selected category are displayed
  4. Click on Select button in Business Details to view detailed view of that corresponding company name
  5. Clicking on Print button,to print the information in popup
  6. Click on Close button, to close that Popup window and redirect automatically to Local Business view page
  7. In the Local Business page click on View button comes under advertisement category in the grid where all the company names are displayed to view the advertisement

Vedic Heritage School

  1. Click on Vedic Heritage School link to enter into Vedic Heritage
  2. To Sign-In to the system
  3. Enter User Name / Barcode Id and Password
  4. Press Login button
  5. If User Name / Barcode Id and Password are not correct, it will prompt you to enter correct User Name / Barcode Id and Password
  6. If User Name / Barcode Id and Password are correct, it will display User Home page
  7. Click on Vedic Heritage School in Main Link
  8. Click on Personal Tab
  9. Enter/Update all mandatory fields like First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Address, City, State, Country, Zip Code, Home Phone, Gender, Student Email, Parent Email1, Emergency Contact Information like Name, Home Phone, Relationship, Medical Information like Doctor Name, Phone
  10. Click on Save button to update the changes, Navigates to the Class Registration Tab
  11. On Save navigates to Class Registration screen and display's the Class Name for the Student or Devotee age limit select the Class Name and appropriate Supplementary Class Name and click on "Pay"
  12. Directs you to the Payment page select the mode of payment Credit Card, Debit Card, Check, Credit Card/Debit Card manually, Check, Cash.
  13. Click on Pay directs you to creditcard Payment Gateway site to make the online payment
  14. Click on Cancel will cancel the transaction
